If I could give this place a -1000 I would! They were so rude I got there when it was slow and it felt like an interruption their card game. They ripped off my acrylic nails didn’t even soak them I went back to get the fixed 2 days latter cause they made my nails so thin and they try to charge me 10 dollars. As if gel polish is supposed to make your nails stronger. I came to get them removed at another nails THANK GOD

Walked in and asked for a full set and pedicure. The older male who was supposed to do the full set began putting liquid and power on my nails. The end result was nothing like I asked for, the nails were bright pink French set and the next day they had changed color to a nude color. I got the service done on 6/14/25 and today one just randomly popped off as I was typing at work. Terrible service for the amount paid. Definitely never going back. Not to mention my nails look like I got them done two weeks ago.

This was my first time at Ivy Nails and I had such an amazing experience! I almost wanted to keep this place to myself and not make a review but this place deserves the great review! Diane gave me a French gel pedicure and it came out so nice! Diane was very gentle, nice, and took her time! I didn’t feel rushed and she gave me an amazing first time experience. All the staff are very nice and attentive, I had a dress on and the young gentleman offered me a towel to cover my legs. 😊 super sweet & great service! I will definitely come back to see Diane and the rest of the staff! The inside is modern, clean & beautiful! The staff desks are also clean and very organized. I went to get a full set and pedicure.. 2 men worked on me at the same time I’m not to sure what there names are. The one doing my toes cut me so bad he couldn’t paint my nails because the blood kept getting into the white paint. The one doing my nails took 2.5 hours just applying the powder. It was soo thick and messy. I asked to get them shaped more and after asking and asking and it still looking the same I gave up. They came out very crooked, messy and thick. They did not clean up my cuticles or anything there’s paint on my skin and I got charged $110 for both of those services. I’m so upset.

Went in to get a full set and didn’t like how the final result turned out..it felt like I was being rushed even though I scheduled the appointment with them A DAY before. I feel like if they couldn’t take the time to do the nails properly, then they should not over book themselves and rush their new clients. The lady who did my nails was Diane…she sorta did an okay job I would rate it a 3/10 honestly the whole time with her she seemed very impatient with how I wanted my nails done and it just seemed like she really wanted to get me out of the chair really fast. I’m really sad cause it was first time going into that salon and I think it’ll be the last. The customer service is nice and all but the effort in nail quality isn’t so great. I would say don’t agree if they offer gel x nails that’
