Ivy Nails Conroe

Phi the owner did a very good job with my nails. She really took her time shaping them and doing the design and making sure I was satisfied. She was kind and made good conversation. When it came to the pedicure, the woman was nice but it did feel rushed. I was in and out of the seat but also I was a little disappointed/apalled when I realized the pumice stone she used on my feet was extremely worn down and used, then she "washed" it and put it away. My feet weren't as smooth as usual either. Hopefully they can work on using fresh pumice stones and clean tools for pedicures.

I have searched for many years, and have been to many of the salons in and around Conroe. I am never happy with the results and always come home and refile and polish my nails. The service, attention to detail and the finished nails were top notch! I'm a forever client! And I haven't touched my nails!

Came here with my mom on our day out they did do a good job our nails but the guy who did mine got my skin while fileing my nails on my pinky's,now I didn't say anything about it in the moment so that could be my bad. Also like pretty much any nail salon it's got a strong nail polish smell

First time coming here and wow! Scott is awesome! You want someone to tell you how it is, he's your guy. His attention to detail was fantastic and is super friendly with everyone. I got a gel pedicure. The prices are easy on the budget as well. I will definitely be coming back! 😁

⭐️ 1 Star — You’ve Been Warned! I went to Ivy Nails on June 17 to get my nails done, and by June 21, ALL of my nails were lifting—and three had completely come off like press-ons! I called to explain the situation while I was out of the country and let them know this started happening just 4–5 days after my appointment. The man I spoke with told me to take pictures and come in when I got back so they could fix it. But when I arrived, the manager was extremely rude, loud, and unprofessional, claiming it wasn’t her fault because “it had been 11 days.” She completely ignored what I told them on the phone and made no effort to resolve the issue. They do not care about customer service—they just want your money. And to make matters worse, I now have a painful infection on my big toe, likely
