ITSKAI NAILS & SPA

This is the best experience I’ve ever had in my life at a nail salon! My friend recommended I try ItsKai out after struggling to find a nail place I was fully satisfied with. I scheduled an appointment with Tiffany today, and she did an amazing job. Tiffany was very detail oriented, gentle (I wasn’t cut once), timely, and a perfectionist! I got my gel x removed and then started fresh with builder gel and a French tip design today (only spent an hour total at the salon) and I couldn’t be more satisfied. The environment was also very calm and clean overall. I will definitely be coming back!

The service that I received was great and all of the employees were super friendly. The issue is that I got a full set done two days ago and my nails already look like they have at least a weeks’ worth of regrowth because they didn’t put the acrylic back far enough. They didn’t put put enough acrylic on the sides of my nails either so you can see my natural nails on the sides. The other issue that I have is that one of my nails has way less sparkles than the others but not a huge issue; just something that I noticed. Just not happy that my nails look so bad after just a couple of days. Highly disappointed.

Today was mine and my daughter’s first time here. We walked in and everyone was super nice and helpful. Fairy did the Beauty and the Beast nails, Kai did the nails with black hearts and Mikala did the nails with the pumpkins. This will not be our last time here. Highly recommended!!

I absolutely LOVE this nail salon. Will not ever go anywhere else in Southern Illinois. Itskai Nails in Benton the best nail salon in Southern Illinois! They do super pretty designs- show them a picture and they’ll do it! I went to them for my wedding nails too and they did the prettiest, most elegant ombré that was simple yet elegant. And they do the BEST pedicures. 10/10 recommend!
