It's Amazing Beauty

Clearly states that their open on SUNDAYS @9:00am , me and several cars were sitting outside @ 8:50 am-9:10 am with no sign of opening . The doors were locked and blinds were over the windows . False store hours posted

Been going to it's amazing for many years, they have been the supplier's of the essentials that I use for my hair. I give them 5 stars!!

I just walked out of the store. They had NO other Customers. 3 Employees were inside... Not one of them said Hello. Not one of them asked: May I help you? When I was leaving out, Not one of them said: "Were you able to find what you were looking for?" (Which I did not...) But since they were so Rude, I didn't matter. I would not spend my money somewhere like that...

My favorite beauty supply store! Prices are reasonable and they are always eager to help find what you need. ...no matter how many times you go there. Lol Update 08/14/20 4 years later and the customer service here is still the best! Plus, they have the best wig and extension choices. 2 of my fav wigs. The short one is a human blend which was around $35-40 and the long one is human and was about $130. Third pic is just long one put in a pony tail for work (it’s versatile).

The worst experience I have ever had purchasing my hair. If you are looking for somewhere to purchase your weave, I don't recommend this store. I hate to leave a negative review, but honestly that's the only review I could give of my experience shopping at this store. They seem to only care about making money and not the experience/satisfaction of the customer. When there's an issue with a product purchased, they are rude and very defensive. Won't be returning, ever. P.S. I believe everyone should be able to speak in whatever language the want, but it comes off as rude to do so with another coworker while staring at customers...
