It's All Hair

If you value your time and money please do not book here. For her senior prom, my niece booked with one of the stylist and it was a horrible experience. Her appointment was at 11am and it was rescheduled MULTIPLE times the day of. Initially it was rescheduled for 1pm. Then she reached out to ask if she could come at 3pm. Everyone knows that on the day of prom you have other professionals scheduled. Since she had a 4:30 make-up appointment, she said no but that she could come at 2pm. Guess what time the stylist arrived...at 2:55pm. When my niece asked the other stylist if she could do it instead, she called the lady and the she said she was 15mins away...again untrue. Not only is it completely unprofessional, it is tacky and disrespectful. If you knew you could not do her hair this morning

My experience at It's All Hair was wonderful. The lady that done my hair she was very polite and respectful. She also done a splendid job on my hair. I would be going back most definitely and I would recommend others to do the same.

Excellent service, braids are beautiful and neat, and the staff was on time. Got box braids done in 4 hours.
