It's All About You Salon & Spa

I have been getting my nails done by Georgie for a while now, and I have never left unsatisfied. When I don't know what shade to do, she is more than happy to help me pick. She also is wonderful to my Aunt Jean, AKA my queen. Just recently I got my hair done, by the lovely Nora, and I will never ever regret that decision. After a lengthy hospital stay, I needed a pick-me-up, and I have never felt so wonderful leaving a salon then I did that day. The owner, Jim, has owned the salon for over 20 years (I honestly don't know how long I just know it's a long time). All of his staff are wonderful. I haven't used Alyssa's services, but have had the pleasure of speaking with her while getting my nails done. Again truly a pleasure.

Jim has been an inspiration in my life, from giving me my favorite haircut ever as a teenager, and inspiring me to become a hairstylist, which took me to Los Angeles doing celebrity hair, and having a 25 yr career servicing others. Now in my 40’s, losing my hair due to health issues, I was in his chair again, and as we’ve done many times in our long careers, especially post covid, dealing with clients who’ve lost hair and being there for our clients to make them feel beautiful, I found myself on the other end of the chair. I was the client, not the stylist. I came to Jim because as a professional myself, he was the first person I thought of to trust with my own hair. He transformed my hair and I cried tears of joy because he gave me such a great cut and made me feel beautiful and normal ag

I go to Georgene for silk nails and pedicures. Love her. She is fast and knows what she is doing. Love the way she shapes my nails. Only drawback for me is being charged extra if a nail is broken. Never was charged extra anywhere else by any of my nail gals locally or in Ca. Just a quirk of mine since I tip well.

When you consider that actress Kelly McGillis had Jim do her hair for 15 years, and that he also did the hair of the US Olympic Skating Team, that should tell you all you need to know about his skill.

Best salon I have ever been to. The owner is absolutely amazing and staff is extremely friendly. They are like family to me.
