I came in yesterday to get my eyebrows tinted and threaded. The girl didn’t even clean my makeup off before beginning. When I mentioned it to her she tried to make me feel like I didn’t know was talking about. Then she slapped the tint on without even sanitizing my eyebrow after she threaded it. At the end, she wiped the tint off with a dry paper towel. I told her that it didn’t feel right but she ignored my concerns and went to the next client. Tint was literally on the side of my face. Now I’m stuck with red and swollen eyebrows on my vacation. Overall it was unsanitary, unprofessional, and very rushed. 0/5 stars. I would not recommend at all. I really like coming here but the people that thread your eyebrows and not friendly. They are rude!! The lady that did my eyebrows was giving me attitude and talking to me in an unkind way.

I’ve been coming here for years and I absolutely love it! The staff is very professional, friendly, and always does an amazing job on my eyebrows. I highly recommend iThread!
