The girl who was supposed to do my hair was very unprofessional and rude. Her name is Cierra Anderson. She rescheduled on me twice then proceeded to stop responding the next day and not show up at all. Paid a deposit and everything, finna dispute it and hopefully I get my money back.

This was my second time getting my hair done at It Girl Beauty Bar and once again Sierra was able to fit me in and give me exactly what I asked for. Love the way my hair came out and was happy they was able to provide the hair as well. Super convenient!

First off, let me start by saying the owner and the rest of the team were nothing but amazing so friendly and made sure you comfortable. And before you left out the door they made sure you looked good. I never experienced no customer service the way they provided it. I can’t wait till I go back to Georgia because I will be going right back there. You can get everything done in just one shot nails makeup and hair. Anything you need they got you and they’re so kind not one person in that shop was rude. I never laughed so much while getting service. I just met them and I truly adore them. Thank you for the amazing services.

Unprofessional and doesn’t give classy vibes. 100% depends on who your stylist is. Do research before going. I let a random lady do my sew in and throughout the entire process I told her she was braiding too tight and refused to loosen it. Damaged my natural hair so bad I had to cut it.
