I can't say enough good things about this place! The staff is super friendly and attentive. The place is always decorated for holidays and it just feels very thought out. I've been going to Tracylove for years and she will always be my nail tech! She is super kind and personable, and there is no nail design she is not up to. Every time I come to her with another crazy nail design, she pulls out all the stops to make it happen and always understands the vision. Truly love Island nails and Tracy<3 (they also have incredible Thai tea, lemonade, and iced coffee!)

I was able to walk in and get service, which was nice, but the customer service wasn’t the greatest. I wasn’t greeted when I walked in, and I had tried to book an appointment online beforehand but wasn’t able to. Once seated, though, the actual pedicure was fantastic. I got the Island Signature Pedicure, and it was definitely worth it. They offered me an alcoholic beverage, and the experience included an extended massage, a hot neck wrap, and a paraffin dip for my feet—which I loved. The nail tech thoroughly cleaned and filed my nails, and the shellac polish was included in the price. The Honey Pearl scent was amazing. Despite them not greeting me when I walked in, the pedicure itself was wonderful.

I've been a loyal customer since 2015. Customer service is always top notch! I always push the limits when it comes to different designs for my nails and Nick always surpasses my expectations! The variety of drinks they provide is an added bonus! I highly recommend Island Nail Lounge!

I got my nails and toes done here on Sunday. Ok a good note, the techs were extremely nice, the service was good, and everyone was very friendly. Immediately after the service, when I got home, I noticed my cuticles still looked very rough. I didn’t notice at the salon because there was clear coat on top but it was obvious after I washed my hands and the excess polish started coming off. The cleanliness of application also, in my opinion, doesn’t look like $50 nails. I didn’t even take photos immediately after because it was messy. It looked better after I washed my hands. My nails started chipping a day later. By now, Wednesday, they’re totally chipped. The only thing I did between Sunday and now was light paperwork. One nail chipped when I was washing my hair. My toes are still fine.

I’ve been a client for over 15 years for a reason. I value not only amazing skill but also kindness. From Tammy, My, Courtney, Harry, Annie, Hanna, Victor, Kay, Jane, Tony and more have always showed kindness and genuine care. Employees are happy because they have the best boss, thank you Cathy and JV for being amazing 🥲, love the new addition in your staff for snacks! 🤗. God bless you always 🫂
