Island Hot Tub provided exceptional service. Frazer was very knowledgeable about the Chofu heater, installation and gave great advice for building your own soaking tubs. We greatly appreciate all the time he spent on the phone discussing our bathhouse project. The Chofu heater, stove pipe and connecting hardware are all great quality, come packaged well with no damaged or scratched parts. We love our chofu hot tub. We installed it 2 years ago and it still works great. Frazer was and has continued to be very helpful about all the little tricks to installation and running the hot tub. A 170 gallon stock tank is perfect fit for two tall people to sit in the ends. With the desert sunsets and chilly winter nights, it's the way to spend the evening if you want to awaken the senses and feel like royalty.

I love my Chofu wood heater. The quality of construction, ease of use, and reasonable price makes this an easy choice for me. My unit has given me flawless service for over ten years, though I do caution to retire the hot tub system during the winter months if you live in a very cold environment as water does freeze and can damage the water jackets in the stove. Island Hot Tubs gives first rate customer service as well. Personal, friendly, and dedicated to supporting their products.

I have to say my first impressions far exceeded what I believed the Chofu could provide. I told my wife I thought it would be able to get warm and we would relax in it during the winter. I had no idea it would be the cauldron of steamy luxury that it is! I literally had to dump water out and add cold buckets to keep from being cooked like a lobster. Such a fantastic problem to solve! And, if I keep on top of the fire, there is so little smoke. Give it five stars, my friend, five stars. Thank you Frazer!

I’ve had a chofu woodstove in Alaska That heated up a four person cedar hot tub for at least 10 good years. Those Chofu seriously kick ass! I would highly recommend these Japanese well-made, highly efficient wood hot water heaters.
