Bad experience here last week. When I was called, there was hair all around the chair from the previous cut. She asked me if I wanted her to sweep and I was so shocked I just shook my head. She cut her finger while cutting my hair and had to excuse herself to put a bandaid on. But the worst part was the price. $50 for a simple cut. The website indicates $25 and up. My cut couldn’t get any simpler. They don’t take cards so I had to send via an app. Just an icky experience and I felt I was overcharged…

Lisa destroyed my hair . Went in as a blonde .I went in for a haircut and color change asked for copper brown and long wolf cut . Wound up with bright red unnatural red color in front and drab brown in the back and the haircut is bad .charged $300 cash total walk of shame
