Isbats African Hair Braiding

I came for simple box braids and I don’t have that thick or long hair so I expected it to be like 2 hours and it took almost 5 hours. The employees were talking and not paying attention the whole time and my hair stylist gave me zero attention and didn’t listen to what I wanted.

I care more about the quality of work done and this salon does a great job at that. I can only speak for male hairstyles but I’m sure for both male and female hairstyles the quality of high. The price is a bit high but I felt it to be worth every penny as I have a thick full head of hair and doing it myself takes hours while here 2 hours for a lot of work. Very Efficient!!

I needed my hair done last minute and thankfully they took me in. The braids are neat. I asked for medium size broxbraids. The ladies were very nice. The problem is that they are very slow!!!! It took almost 8 hours to complete my hair. It usually takes 3-4hrs the most when I go to other salons. I was the only customer too. Overall they did an amazing job but if you have things to do expect not to get it done because you will be here all day!!!

So my daughter called a week prior to her appointment she was quoted between 150 and 200 for knotless braids. When she gets there they then tell her 250 and take money prior to providing service. This place is horrible. She showed up on time for appointment and owner was late. She had to return later and then on top of it all get over charged . I will NEVER use them again.

Hello, pls save your money and don’t go here!! My experience was horrible. Isbat or however you say her name is sooo unprofessional she was rude and I didn’t even get the exact style I said I wanted even tho she told me she could do it. I’d go on in detail but I’d be here for days. Honestly the worst experience I’ve ever had.
