Booked the True Bliss Retreat on Oct. 13th for my boyfriend and I, it came to $650 including gratuity and unfortunately, was incredibly disappointing and overpriced. You walk into the room and are sat on two horrible chairs that don't have a back, which isn't a huge deal but its not relaxing and is quite uncomfortable. You sit with a foot soak while sipping on cool tea (just a cup of barely warm water with no kettle and only one tea bag option). Once you lay on the beds, you do not face each other at all and its actually a very individual experience in my opinion. The sugar scrub was nice, and the scalp massage was good, but that was only about 25min total. The actual massage lacked any sort of pressure and it basically felt like we were being pet for another 35 min. I would hardly call it

Got a couples massage here for our anniversary trip to Belhurst Castle the spa has nice people, is very pretty, and very relaxing! The only thing that caught me off guard was that the price I was told on the phone when I made the reservation was less than what I ended up paying. Maybe prices increased since I made it since i booked It Like January?

We enjoyed our visit, The Romantic Retreat. The full body scrub was amazing and the massage was one of our better massages However I was a bit disappointed, i didn’t understand the entire package was 100 minutes not just the massage. Therefore the massage was only about 40 minutes and I personally would have preferred shifting times on one of the other services to have a longer massage. I would completely recommend Isabella spa and will be a returning customer.

I was extremely excited to experience a nail experience at the spa. Unfortunately, I left disappointed, (with only 9 nails done). I wanted a normal french gel manicure. I had one nail much shorter than the rest, so I wanted an acrylic but unfortunately they had none, which wasn’t listed on the website. My nails took over 90 minutes which is the longest I have ever experienced. Going in, my nails were very long. However, the lady had to keep filing them down further because she kept making them uneven. My nails are still extremely uneven and the polish looks faded. Overall, I did not have a good experience. Celebrated my 50th birthday with surprise party in the library. Wonderful food. We stayed in the tower room and experienced Isabella. Stayed in the new section one night with jacuzzi in large suite by fireplace. Isabella spa couples experience was relaxing. The front desk customer service was top notch. We left our shopping bags and wine. We were called quickly and returned to pick up before we got out of town. Guess we didn’t want to leave!
