Is A Nails Spa

I went to this nail salon today and was extremely disappointed with the service and pricing. I asked for a soak-off and a new set. After the soak-off, the nail tech simply glued pre-cut tips onto my nails and painted them — no acrylic, no builder, no shaping, and no additional work that normally comes with a proper new set. The entire “new set” portion took about 10–15 minutes and looked like basic press-on nails. When it was time to pay, I was told the total was $80, and they charge an additional 4% if you pay with a card. I was also repeatedly asked to pay in cash, which felt uncomfortable and unprofessional. After the card fee and tip, I ended up paying $94 for what was essentially a $10 press-on nail service that I could have done myself at home. For the price they charge, I expected

I got a gel manicure and pedicure, both of which I’m very happy with! Tina did both for me and I especially love the nails, I think they turned out soo cute. This will be my new go-to in the neighborhood!

My first time here and I really like the outcome! I got gel manicure and the nail tech lady cleaned and shaped them well! It has been 2 weeks and my nails still look good. Decent pricing. Video is when I just got it done.

Excellent service!! The place was clean and quiet. I got a gel spa pedicure and a gel manicure from two different technicians. Both ladies were lovely. Great attention to detail. My nail shape was perfect & cuticles meticulously & dead skin removed. The massage was super relaxing and they have by far, the BEST pedicure chair I ever been in. The massage feature on the chair was super firm and I left with my back and neck feeling very relaxed and several knots gone. They gave me a mini lotion gift on the way out. 10/10 recommend. I dont even live in the area but I took a loyalty card and will def be back!

This place is usually really consistent, but most of the times the gel regular manicure chips within a week. But this time I had to write a review. This was awful. I understand I picked a sheer color, but this is unacceptable. From the picture you probably thought I did it myself.
