Iron Roots Salon

Iron Roots has become my salon of choice for all my self care needs! I’ve been seeing Chelsea for my hair for the last 8 years, her coloring and cutting is second to none! I’ve been getting blonde highlights for decades and Chelsea is the best blonde colorist I’ve ever been to. Over the last several years they’ve added so many services which are fantastic! I love Rachel for lash lift & tints, Maggie and Makayla are fantastic with gel and builder gels manis, and I’ve seen Karlie for blowouts. Every time you go into the salon you feel welcome, everyone is so pleasant, it’s clean, well organized, and it’s very clear that Crystal and her team take great pride in their work! I already do and will continue to always recommend Iron Roots!

Taylor is amazing with my daughter. She is caring and always makes sure my daughter is comfortable and happy with her styles. Taylor also cuts my hair and is a true professional. The staff is always friendly and the new location is fantastic.

I have gone to Iron Roots for nails and hair. My review is not at all on the services received. The stylists and nail technician were wonderful. My review is on the unreasonable cancellation policy and the explanation I received from the manager. I booked an appt online on a Thursday around dinner time for the next day at 9:30am. I was excited I found a last minute appt. However, I ended up quite ill with a stomach virus over night. I called before the salon opened that morning and left a message that I had to cancel because of a stomach virus. I called a few days later when I was feeling better and was able to book a different time. I paid for my service and later at home realized that my deposit that I already paid was not deducted from my total. I called, and the salon manager was adama

Emma is amazing! I have had nothing but good experiences with her. My hair is very thick and wavy. She takes the time to explain each step of the appointment with me and what products she is using. She never pushes any extra services or the purchasing of products though! The booking process is simple too. My 18 and 20 year old daughters also see her. We are thankful to have found a wonderful salon!

This salon is not for minorities! Even though I left a comment when booking my appointment a week in advance about the state of my hair, they had me come in for my appointment and wait over half an hour just for some other random worker to tell me nobody in the salon would do my hair because it was compromised. The stylist I scheduled with said we weren’t a good match and went to hide in the back of the salon. These people are unapologetically racist and refused to even trim my hair! Wouldn’t even offer to hang up my jacket when I arrived! Any other salon would offer their client a drink and to hang up their jacket. Katie has no self confidence, no class, and no manners! I needed this appointment for an important life event. Being jealous of beauty does not make you more beautiful.
