I was disappointed with my experience booking with Natalie. Prior to my appointment, I was very clear about wanting a balayage and shared a reference photo. We also had an in-person consultation about two months prior, during which I was told that while achieving the full look would take time, we would still be able to add some lightness and dimension during my appointment. Based on those conversations, I felt comfortable moving forward.
