I came here to get my hair done and makeup for my quinceanera. First the lady came 40 minutes late, she was supposed to be here at 8 and she came at 8:40. She told us she would come at 8, and the church was at 3 so she needed to be on time. After she came she washed my hair with conditioner which was her biggest mistake because my hairstyle didn’t stay in place since she washed my hair with conditioner. She spent 3 hours doing my makeup, the makeup was good. But then she spent the rest of the time doing my hair and it was nothing like I wanted it. It was already 2:30 by the time she was finishing up and she still hadn’t done my moms makeup. Another lady did my moms hair but my mom was mad because she had to do her makeup. I used to like this place, but recently it feels like they hire anyone who owns a pair of scissors and a set of clippers. I went there with my son to get haircuts for both of us and the woman cutting our hair managed to screw both of our haircuts up. The owner had to step in to try to fix her screw up, but was unable to.
