First time going. My stylist is Lorena. Let me tell you my experience was absolutely 💯 amazing. She made me feel so welcome. Offered me a bottle of water. Asked me what kind of cut I was looking for and did exactly that. She even went as far as taking out a folding straight edge razor to do the edges of my hairline. Followed by a wash at the end. Lorena has found herself a lifelong customer due to her amazing skills and service.

My experience from START to FINISH was PERFECT! 1st off, this was a SATURDAY morning at about 9:45am...When I stepped in I immediately heard music, not too loud but enough to get my feet tapping! Anyway, next I signed in, and went to sit down...I was greeted by the owner, then went straight to get my hair washed!!! I chose a deep conditioning, which was wonderful. I requested not to do a roller set and just to straighten my hair BONE straight...which I received!! My HAIR IS PERFECT!! Thanks y'all! !

I brought my six year old granddaughter for her first ever haircut. Everyone there were the sweetest, most caring people you would ever meet. The lady who washed her was so gentle I could tell loved what she was doing. Then the lady who cut and styled my babies her was patient and so sweet. Even the customers were nice. My grand baby’s hair was amazing ❤️❤️ Strongly recommend this establishment. You won’t find anything better 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

I went a couple days ago . This is the second time I have tried them out everytime I go . The employees are more focused on doing the other employee’s hair than the actual customers waiting . I was there for 2 hours and remind you it was only me and one other lady and about 5 workers . The owner knows exactly what she does but plays dumb and innocent . I asked for my hair to be straight with a little body . I stopped her twice while she was doing it and she keep saying she got it . When she finished she gave me Shirley temple curls but looser . After I told her this isn’t what I asked for she keep saying when I wrapp it . It will then look straight with body . I wanted the straight with body when I left out the seat . She put me under the dryer after I told her my uber was 2min away and

Customer service is exceptional.. mindful of your time and getting you in and out of the salon. Best colorist I’ve had thus far. Praise music is on while you are being serviced. Exceptional service
