From my experience, everything was explained clearly before I signed anything. The staff went over the treatment plan, pricing, and package options in detail and answered all of my questions so there were no surprises. First of all, looking at some of these low reviews, people must not know that it takes time to heal your skin and or rebuild collegen. 1 procedure wont always give you immediate results. I have been going to Irredecent for a year now. Brooklyn is my esthetician and she is AMAZING. She knows exactly what is needed and in which order to help my skin. The whole office is very accommodating and so kind. Brooklyn truly has a passion for doing whatever she can to improve your happiness with your skin and face. I got a package with Irredecent on a payment plan and have so far received rf microneedling, a chemical peel, and differenct facials. My skin is already 70 percent better and now more youthful. First this place does not even deserve one star. They draw you in with telling you one thing and then it’s another. The Natural Sculpt & tone didn’t do anything and then to add insult on my next visit you recommended a better treatment that I need to be doing after I’ve already pre-paid cash money in full for a bundle services that didn’t help me at all when that should had been the first recommendation. They knew what my concerns were during the consultation. You people will not get another red cent of my money. Poor service after the first one. Don’t get drawn into a bunch of foolery until you do your research. What look’s good does not mean it will be good. Find another place in my opinion. I keep asking to speak with a supervisor or someone in charge and I never can it’s always an exc
