Great experience with the hair stylists and makeup artists! My sister had her bridal party get their hair and makeup done here. We were all thrilled with the results. They were very kind, listened to our individual specifications, and did an excellent job!

Prior to the appointment, I showed the hair dresser a photo of the hair style I wanted and we agreed to take 3 inches off of my hair. I left the salon with an uneven hair cut and 11 inches cut off, a much shorter style than I have ever worn in my life. When I expressed my displeasure with the haircut, the hairdresser refused to acknowledge any error on her part or give me any kind of refund for the $150 hack job, insisting she "thought it looked good." This comes after 15 years of loyal patronage. I was incredibly disappointed with the experience and will not be returning to this salon again.

Great prices and service. The haircut and wash was perfect as well.
