I absolutely L0VE Ira, her business, her services, her professionalism, her warmness, and her commitment to making her clients look and feel like their best self. My husband and drive over an hour each way because she is just THAT good. I never have to ask my husband how he likes my eyebrows, after my first visit with her he said "wow your eyebrows look GREAT! you need to keep going to her its worth the drive" as soon as he saw me lol. I also love and appreciate the time Ira took to listen and understand how I usually get eyebrows done i.e. the thickness/how much of an arch before she suggested a different method that better complimented my facial structure and made the dark circles under my eyes less visible. Ira did an amazing job with my eyebrows. She was quick and efficient. If any men like me have beastly eyebrows and want them done she does a great job on mens eyebrows.

eyebrow threading was ok. the haircut is probably the worst i’ve ever had. i reached out to Ira about it directly, with pictures and exactly what went wrong and she ghosted me, not even so much as an apology, so I would say the customer care is about as good as the haircut. there are many better places in the area!
