I heard about Cody White through one of his clients who sang his praises nonstop. I had the pleasure of meeting with him once, and he is absolutely passionate about helping others with their health, mobility, and fitness goals. Unfortunately, I live too far away to see him regularly, but I have benefited from his weekly video posts that give viewers very helpful tips for specific problems. If you are lucky enough to see this caring and knowledgeable healer one-on-one, I'm sure you will be more than grateful for his guidance to return to optimal physical functioning.

I’ve worked with Cody for therapeutic bodywork and have consistently been impressed by the quality and precision of his work. He has a strong understanding of myofascial release, applies deep tissue with care, and uses gua sha thoughtfully as part of an integrated treatment. What I appreciate most is his ability to assess and respond to tissue in real time. Sessions feel targeted and effective, with work that supports actual change in mobility and tension patterns rather than just short-term relief. As a massage therapist myself, I’m selective about who I trust with my body, and Cody is someone I confidently recommend for skilled, therapeutic care.

Cody got me back to doing the outdoor sports I love after having experienced the most painful and debilitating injury in my life. In just a couple of deep tissue massage and facia release sessions my flexibility and mobility improved dramatically and I walked out of his studio pain free. I just turned 70. In pretty good shape. Attend exercise class twice a week for over eight years. My lifestyle is fairly active. I want to be stronger and increase my mobility. The last few years, my hip/leg gradually lost its flexibility. Was difficult and painful to even put a sock on. Couldn’t do some exercises in class. I stretched. Some stretches made it worse.
