Nadia does a wonderful job! I had a massage today and left feeling much better than when I arrived. She’s helped me and my son and we’re so happy to have found her! Looking forward to seeing her again 😃 UPDATE: I had to come back and post how excited I am after exercising this morning! Yesterday was my first massage and there was a NOTICEABLE difference in how my body responded and felt during the exercises and stretches this morning! I’m so impressed! The owner of Intuitive Touch Therapy, I recently had a session with her and it was truly one of the most grounding and restorative experiences I’ve had. From the moment I walked in, her calming presence put me at ease. What stood out most is her ability to read exactly what my body needed—without me having to say much at all. Her touch is both gentle and purposeful, she always seems to instinctively find tension I didn’t even realize I was holding. This is a review specifically for the massage therapist Nadia H who recently began giving services here in October 2025. She is a fantastic massage therapist. She really knows her techniques well and listens to her clients needs and works well to address them properly. I highly recommend her if you need a quality massage therapist. Nadia is a fantastic masseuse. She knows what she is doing and works to help each session maximize its theraputic impact. I cannot more highly reccomend her services to assist in the medical benefits of therapeutic massage.

Nadia Hefner really uses an intuitive touch! She gave me a full body massage that was strong enough to release tension and gentle enough to relax me. She also massages my husband regularly, using deep tissue techniques. She has released tension, toxins and stiffness from beneath his shoulder blade that no other massage therapist has been able to successfully reach. She is worth the trip and the money! She is also affiliated with the Veteran’s Administration for any vets with a referral for a massage.

Intuitive Touch Therapy is certainly the perfect description of what Nadia does! She knows exactly how to relax the mind & body, with heat & essential oil & conversation or silence with calming background music. She always spends extra time on the muscles that have been most troublesome to me even if I haven't told her.
