Into Nails spa

The customer service is good, but unfortunately the actual nail service was very disappointing. I had my nails done last Monday, and by the time I got home they were already peeling. I returned on Wednesday to have them redone, but by Friday the gel color was lifting again. I’m not sure what gel polish is being used, but the quality was clearly poor. My nails ended up looking really bad for Christmas, which was frustrating. I hope the salon takes customer reviews seriously and uses them to improve the quality of their services.

Worst nail experience I’ve ever had. The pedicure service was horrible ($60!!) my toes looked better when I came in! Then My toenails broke because she filed them so thin. I went to a different tech for a full set and tech that was extremely rude to the point I stopped the service and had the nails she put on horribly removed and they still tried to charge for the service. I wouldn’t recommend them to trim my dogs nails. This place is a joke. Do not waste your money or time at this establishment

Never go to this place. They are way over priced and do a terrible job. They rush through and don't ensure their work looks good. They actually let me walk out of the salon with my nails looking like a home job. Absolutely terrible. Also the girl that did my pedicure kept burning my skin the the UV light and broke 2 of my toenails and super glued them back on. Never again.

Edited 8/4: went in and had them redone at no charge. The guy that did them was very nice and did a great job! Even application, no bubbles, took his time, not distracted at all. Thank you! Nails looked great when I left yesterday 8/2. Now 8/3 I can see all the bubbles and missed old product left on my nails before the new product. I’ve never had dip put on with a brush and won’t again. These look really bad. Uneven. Bubbles inside. They’re so thick that they’re starting to lift on the edges. I need a completely new set because these can’t even be fixed.

I love my nails!!! Loan did my builder gel fill and they came out so beautiful! I showed her an inspo photo of a nail art and she made it way better!
