We’ve been neighbors for years and I recently had the opportunity to tour the current InterLnX facility—they have a secure, logical and well-organized physical space and clear workflow and team members seemed happy. Plus, I had the privilege to catch a glimpse of their expansion plans and I’m very excited for them.

Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for employment opportunities. Assemblers are treated very poorly and pay rates are laughable. Sub-par equipment, sub-par training and flawed directions are offered, while nothing but perfection is expected. You will be used for your suggestions and then let go. No future available for career. Employees are treated as profit margins and there is no job security at Interlnx. Sadly, worked here for several years hoping to make a career here. Owners/Management only concern themselves with their profits and only look to shift blame for their terrible business practices. They will fabricate lies and misinformation to besmirch your future employment opportunities. There are no benefits offered. No vacation time and no insurance offered though they've been p
