Integrative Massage Edina

Just had my first massage therapy session with Joe and I was extremely impressed. Very productive session! So much value was provided to me along with takeaways to continue progress at home. We covered a lot of ground in 60 mins and will definitely be back in the future! Very relaxing and professional environment! Thank you Joe and team!

I had a 30 minute massage with Jessica Fly in Edina and it was an amazing experience. I went in for a sports massage to work out some knots in my shoulder blades and for a muscle injury on my shoulder. I left feeling a lot better and then was able to get a rep PR on bench the next day with no pain! Incredible results from day 1 and am super excited to see what more progress I can get during my rugby season. Highly recommend!!!
