Integrated Massage Therapy

So almost 3 weeks ago I injured myself after running my first 10 miles as part of my training for a Half Marathon. I did everything I could that I thought was correct in my recovery but nothing helped me recover. I came across this place on the internet and was desperate to try this mode of therapy. Boy im so glad i did! Lauren the PT was so skilled and knowledgeable in massaging my problem areas, and the PA Lawrence ( forgive me if i spelled ur names wrong) was also professional and skilled in administering the Sarapin injections. Guess what, 3 days after my 1st session with them i ran 12 miles absolutely pain FREE!! I will def come back to this Astoria Location on Wednesdays only ( both of them are here only Wedn)
