My experience at the salon was WONDERFUL. I loved the service. The kind gentleman that did my full set was very gentle. The style, buff and shape of my nails are great. The woman that did my nail designs was very kind and made good conversation. I love how she did my nails. The design is very skillful.

I called ahead to ask for the prices of a shellac manicure and dip powder. I was told $37 for shellac and $55 for dip powder, and I specifically asked if removal and cuticle work were included. The answer was yes. When I came in, I chose shellac. At checkout, I was charged $47 instead of $37 because they added a $10 fee for removing my dip powder. I was never told about this when I called, and if I had known it would cost $47 (almost the same as dip powder), I would have made a different choice. When I expressed my frustration, the only response was, “Sorry, the lady made a mistake, but you have to pay.” No discount, no accountability — just me left paying more than I agreed to. I’ve been coming here for years and absolutely loveeeee it!! Every time I come I am greeted in a timely and nice manner. Because I’ve been coming here for a while now they know my style and what I like. Super friendly and clean atmosphere ALWAYS 👌🏻. I love that I can show my nail technician a picture of what I like and she always gets it exactly to what I request. I definitely would recommend this nail salon to others. I usually get my nails and pedicure done but also have done my lashes and even brought my entire family we all love it here 😻
