They do a great job with nails and feet. The only problem I have is they charge a fee for using your debit card and it's against the law. It's illegal and prohibited by card network rules (Visa/Mastercard) to pass debit card processing fees directly to customers in the U.S.. Got a pedicure (gel) and manicure (dip powder) moved here not to long ago tried so many nail salons and was never satisfied until I tried insight nails and salons. They took their time and made my nails look perfect! Friendly staff I definitely found my new nail salon 💅 will return and recommend.

Customer service is excellent. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I didn't feel like the staff was in a hurry, attentive to my needs, they took their time and made me feel welcomed. Excellent job on the artwork!! I will be back!

My daughter and I came here Tuesday August 1. (We scheduled appointments the morning of) she got just a basic manicure with regular polish and they did fine with her. I got a full set, short, basic rounded square shape with gel polish. They guy that did my nails hummed the ENTIRE service, each nail is crooked and a different shape, the tops are uneven and bumpy. I asked him to fix a few tips that were very obviously uneven before putting the acrylics on and he seems annoyed. I also got ann eyebrow wax (that I had ann appointment for) and she rushed through it so quickly I still had to come home and continue plucking more hairs. Over all not a good experience and we most definitely won’t be back.
