Gina was amazing!! I called before they opened and she was able to squeeze me in that same day. I had a microdermabrasion and peel and my skin felt amazing after. She took her time, and explained what she was doing and what I should be feeling. Not once did i feel she was rushing through it or felt as though she was in a rush, like I've felt at other places. Loved my facial and I've already schedule my second appointment with her.

Excellent all around, my esthetician Yara made me feel welcome and relaxed. The Adult Facial I purchased was just right, calming, relaxing and hydrating in the process. Reasonable prices too! I keep coming back to Institute of Skin and Body for the great service received, thank you again 👍

I received a Spa finder gift card from a friend so I decided to get on Spa finder and locate the nearest Spas- I can across “Skin and body” and decided to give them a call. When I called there a few days ago I asked them if they accepted Spa Finder gift cards and they said yes so I booked a massage. The day of my appointment came and the lady that was there said I would have to use the whole balance of the gift card ($200) I explained to her that using a spa finder gift card doesn’t need to be used all at once and that the balance just goes down. So I said you can charge me and make a chart for me and I’ll book my appointments with you and use it as credit here if you charge me the full $200 today. So she says “let me make a call” I think she called her partner when the other lady on the l

THIS BUSINESS IS A SCAM. I purchased a groupon for laser hair removal for a medium area from the Institue of Skin and Body about a year ago. Upon my first appointment, I spoke to the owner, Diane, and asked her outright if 6 sessions would be enough to remove all the hair (I purchased a brazilian) and she led me to believe that 6 sessions would be enough even though everyone is different and has different hair growth, etc. I was informed later on at my first appointment that doing the back (butt area) would be $100 extra for 6 sessions even though I had already purchased a brazilian that should include that area as well. Once I brought this up to her, she said that she wouldn't include the butt in the groupon price. I wouldn't have bought this groupon if it was really going to cost me $2

Purchased from Groupon as gifts for my teenage nieces. They requested a teen acne facial treatment and this one specified that they offered that service. They loved it said that they had fun and their face felt very clean and refreshed. I would purchase again for them .
