From the moment I arrived, Courtney made me feel completely comfortable and at ease. She took time to talk with me beforehand, set an intention for the session, and explain what to expect, which instantly helped me relax. The room itself was calming and cozy, and the lavender eye mask was incredibly soothing and therapeutic. As the session began, I fell into a deep state of relaxation.
