Back in May of this year I went to a different salon and asked for something that I didn’t even come close to getting. The stylist really really messed my hair up. Yesterday, I came in and saw Shelby. She took one look and my hair and knew exactly what she had to do to fix it. After 4 hours of hard work on her part, she made me a new person and finally gave me the hair I have asked so many others to do. I am so thankful for her! The salon was so cute and so were the other stylists working!! If you’re looking for a new stylist, Shelby is a miracle worker. I can’t recommend her and this salon high enough! Thank you, Shelby!!! Rachel… was a true delight. First time there, and it was wonderful. The place was busy, and everyone was so nice. Rachel did my hair cut, colors… absolutely love my hair.. thank you Rachel, it was a real pleasure meeting you. I think 🤔 you have a new client, if you want me!!! 😂

I love getting my hair done at Instinct. Rachel is my regular stylist and she is absolutely wonderful. She pays close attention to details and makes all of my Pinterest hair dreams a reality! I leave the salon feeling pampered and well taken care of.

I had an amazing experience with Shelby at Instinct Salon! Booking my appointment was super easy, and from the moment I sat in her chair, she took the time to truly understand my hair goals. The results were absolutely amazing ! My hair has beautiful dimension, feels incredibly healthy, and looks better than I could have imagined. The pricing was more than fair, the atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing, and Shelby herself has such a warm, kind personality that instantly makes you feel comfortable. I have been to the salon a few times to see Rachel and I have always left absolutely obsessed with my hair!! She is so easy and fun to talk to and always is so caring about our conversations. She’s always checking in to make sure I’m okay with what she does, and I just absolutely cannot get over her work!! Her vibe is amazing and is definitely someone I’d recommend to anyone looking for a stylist 💗
