It is very difficult to get through to a live person here. They charge patients fighting terminal illnesses a $25 consultation fee for fittings. The employees work so hard to accommodate but seem overwhelmed (ie Trinity needs to hire more fitters and stylists). All of that said, Connie in Livonia is an angel and I will forever appreciate her help and support. She made such a positive difference in my life.

I'm giving the five stars cuz way to go remember to keep those ventilations working good for I've always wanted my nails done I can only imagine the miraculous things you can do keep up the great work so I only stepped into the doors and then back out due to my illness lol

Hard to get in people seem nice but was told the wig I bought was way to big. Had to make an appointment for fitting to make it smaller. Next month when I went to have it fitted they said it fit perfectly.

Wonderful personal attention! I was able to try on numerous wigs/cranial prosthesis in a private room.

Millie was awesome! Highly recommend her for massage therapy.
