Inspire Nail Bar

I often book with Kim. She is kind, patient, and does a good mani and pedi.

Unimpressed. I have been to two other inspire nail bars, one in Rockville and the one and olney and both were great. This salon advertises online that they are the same but they are not. They do not offer all the services that the other inspire nail bars offer when you actually get into the location. I got a regular manicure and gel pedicure, both which were done extremely quickly, no massage at all with the manicure, and only one day later my gel manicure is chipping on three nails. I have never had a gel manicure chip this quickly. Usually they grow out until I am forced to go back to the salon to get them redone because they last so long. Would not recommend this place. The worst experience ever!! I called ahead and was told to come in for a fill!!! One person almost done and I was next…. Arrived at 12:50 and because 1 person due to the gentleman off at the mall after being called I did not leave salon till 3:00 pm…. Charged $77?!?! For what?!?! He stated, nail design and two nails needed new acrylic …. It’s a French manicure with the point and using other colors and the ring finger a solid color which I found the picture of it on their website so did he really do any designs….. if you notice two of the nails are not evenly Proportioned

Would recommend avoiding… Did a walk in and ask how long the wait was for a dip manicure. They said they could take me now (2 nail techs are there; one already has a customer), which really meant a 30 minute wait as the woman who was ahead of me hadn’t even started. They had me soak off the dip I had on for 25 minutes…needless to say my skin started to burn quickly. When it was finally my turn, they didn’t have the color I picked (not the biggest deal in the world but why have it on the wheel if you don’t carry it?). The tech removes the dip and starts to cut/file/shape my nails. She filed two of my nails so short that she filed the skin at the top of my fingers until it was raw. Got a basic manicure this morning. It’s not good. I honestly could have done better painting my nails at home but I thought I would treat myself today. If a nail salon can’t do a basic manicure well, what can they do? I would not go here again. I’m debating going back in there, but I feel they just need to re-do the whole thing and I’m not sure if I have time for that.
