I had such a great experience at Inspirational You Beauty Box. The woman who helped me yesterday was incredibly knowledgeable and patient. She took the time to really listen to what I needed and helped me find the right products to properly wash my locs. She also recommended an oil specifically to help strengthen my locs and prevent breakage, which I truly appreciated. I never felt rushed, and her guidance made me feel confident about caring for my hair the right way. Amazing customer service and a welcoming atmosphere. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend this shop to anyone on their natural hair journey.

Very unwelcoming experience. The wig fitting staff was rude and dismissive. She made passive-aggressive comments about facial features (e.g., saying someone’s face was too small or too big, or that the neck was too short), and suggested the wigs wouldn’t work. It felt as though she didn’t want customers to try on wigs at all.

Went to this hair store last week Sunday. hair store nearest me was closed on Sunday. Trying my hand in box braiding my daughters hair for the first time lol . They had sum really nice selections on hair products. I was greeted and helped by Ms Naomi she was awesome. Very informative on the best products , friendly, just Great customer service! I believe they are black owned. But either way check them out!

I'm my area sunday's the beauty stores are closed, but i can't across this location and have it a try considering i was desperate! The ladies inside helped me find exactly what i needed and were very high spirited❤️❤️ Thank heavens my area now has a Beautiful beauty store open on Sundays! Highly Recommended!!
