Insideout Health & Wellness is wonderful! I walked into a peaceful environment with a warm greeting from the team. Jennifer is an amazing massage therapist that helped tremendously with my head, neck and shoulder tension. I feel like a whole new person and will be going back regularly!! I appreciated the ease with the appointment portal as well. Also a very clean and comfortable setting! Highly recommend, a true gem.

I had an excellent massage with Eric. The pressure was just right and he really ensured to focus on points of tension that needed a release while also ensuring I was able to use the hour to relax. One of the best massages I’ve had in a long time!

He was extremely knowledgeable in sports medicine and massages and paid attention to how my stance was while holding a camera (my job) which is why my back hurt in the first place and he gave me a lot of advice. It was so much more than just a massage. An absolute 10/10 experience I was very impressed

I booked a seaweed wrap many months in advanced as a birthday gift to myself, and on the day of, they call me and tell me that it's not available. I was looking forward to this and have been waiting for this treatment for so long. They knew that they didn't have the treatment available and could've done the decent human thing and inform me way in advanced but chose to wait until 3 hours before my appointment. Why are you so inconsiderate? It's shameful that you treat a loyal customer of many years this way.

Truly the best treatment I’ve ever had! Alexandra was absolutely amazing and worked extra hard to listen to my areas of concern to provide an individualized service. This is such a gem of a business and I cannot wait to go back!
