INNOVATIVE PARKING ️

We parked at his Facility last weekend and we wanted to give them a review worthy of the excellent service they provide. This location is excellent and is mere steps away from Clifton hill and all the attractions. They have parking spots designed specifically for larger pick up trucks which was great for us as we have a new Chevy 2500. You can walk to everything from this lot and this company also has 3 other locations across downtown Niagara falls. You can also call them and make a reservation or reserve on their website. Highly recommend and will definitely visit again.

Me and my friends was there on 06/22/2022 for my friend birthday and we seen his parking from across the street from LCBO and we went over and ask him how was parking here and he said I HAVE THE SAFETY PARKING ON THE STRIP. So we decided to park there and he was appear really nice...told us about 88 south have GREAT HAMBURGERS. So we went and ate came back out and proceeded to start a fun filled weekend and when we return he was also still there. We went back to our motel and which us exactly 3 mins up the road. My friend realize her car was hit bad and went back up immediately and found him and he said he remember us and told him that her car was hit and then said he will check the cameras and came back 20 mins later claiming they have no video footage only on my friend car. June 18 2022 I traveled to Canada for my birthday. I pulled up to 5438 w ferry street and was greeted by Terrick stating this was the SAFEST parking lot and he charged $20. I trusted him when he said that. I arrived a little after 3pm and my car stayed in the parking lot until it was time to go. Upon leaving I notice my car had been hit and Terrick was no where around. I went inside the restaurant Eight 88 south looking for the parking lot attendant and they paged him to come. While waiting I called the police the police arrived seen the damages and said they were gonna talk to Terrick. The cop told me he couldn’t access the memory on camera 8 which is where my car was parked and to give him by Monday and he would have the still pictures sent to me of the vehicle ( he claimed cameras run 2

My experience at innovative parking was not only UNPROFESSIONAL but no compassion on the incident to my vehicle. It's ok to write GOOD REVIEWS BUT UPSET B/C IT'S NOT A 5 STAR ESTABLISHMENT AND NOT OK TO SAY ANY BAD REVIEWS. He lied an mot of did this before needs to WARN ANYONE WHO'S NOT FROM CANADA!!!

Not once did the owner of innovative parking say that he ran the camera and OUR car wasn't hit while park in his establishment. So where was all this negative attitude when we was talking to him about OUR car being hit....he knew we wasn't from canada and that's the car was only park in his lot. WOW WE TRYING TO SCAM YOU....WOW THIS HOW YOU TREAT SOMEONE AFTER THEY CAR WAS HIT IN YOUR PARKING LOT. DON'T U EVER WORRY ABOUT ME WANTING TO EVER COME BACK TO CANADA AND PARK ANYWHERE ON THE STRIP. YOUR NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL AND I'M HURT YOU WOULD SAY THEM THINGS ABOUT 3 GIRLS WHO TRUSTED YOU WITH THEIR VECH. OUT OF ALL THE PLACES WE CAN SCAM SOMEONE WHY WOULD IT BE YOUR LOT. BUT YOU NEVER SAID OUR CAR WASN'T HIT BEFORE IT CAME TO YOU. I HOPE YOU CAN SLEEP WELL AT NIGHT.
