Great experience. My first massage had to be canceled due to a family emergency on their end. They quickly, swiftly and professionally reached out to me to reschedule and offered a nice backup plan. The massage was great. Relaxing, calming and perfect. Clean facility and knowledgeable staff.

I walked in with upper leg and knee pain that had been giving me months of discomfort. Last summer I broke my knee cap and was laid up for several weeks and my body developed stiffness and lack of mobility even after rehab and weeks and weeks of home rehab. I walked out today after my first deep tissue massage and was a little sore from the treatment but a few hours later my knees feel a ton better and my range of motion has already improved. Well worth the time and money and have already made another appointment. Very clean and professional and would highly recommend

Theresa was amazing. What really stood out was how attentive and professional she was throughout the session. She checked in just enough to make sure I was comfortable, but let me fully relax and enjoy the experience. It was the perfect balance of therapeutic and deeply calming. By the end of the session, I felt completely refreshed, realigned, and lighter in both body and mind.

Alton is incredibly knowledgeable and explains what’s happening in the body and how he’s working to help. I’ve never encountered a massage therapist who is so attuned to my body.
