Erika is truly amazing! With her experience as a personal trainer, she has an accurate understanding of the body’s kinesiology and focuses on identifying the root causes of long-term pain. She listens carefully to my concerns and provides a customized massage that sets her apart from other therapists. I enjoy exercising and stretching regularly, yet there are still areas I can’t fully address on my own. She uses cupping to release the fascia, making it much easier for me to stretch on my own. I highly recommend her!
