I’m very disappointed with my experience at this salon and want to share it so others are aware. I purchased a Groupon for highlights (which I paid $88 for), and from the start things went downhill. The stylist (Krista) bleached my hair twice, and then pressured me into adding a color base which she charged $65 extra for saying it would look good and similar to what I already had. I was hesitant, but she insisted. When she washed my hair and I saw it in the chair, the color was completely off. Because the base color bled into the highlights, she ended up washing my hair about five times, using toner repeatedly to try to lighten and fix the mistake. Jenna has done my hair and nails for about 5 years. Her color and cut are great. She also does my nails and feet. I would not think of going to anyone else.My hair is curly so she Keratins it and does a great job !
