I would give them a 5 star review, but right now they only deserve one. I got my hair cut by Arturo back on March 21st, 2020. I had never went to him before and I wish I never did. If you are a female, do not get your hair cut by him. He can not do it correctly. I should of known not to once he told me to stand up for him to be able to cut my hair. He ended up cutting my hair into layers ! I did not ask for layers, I said to cut my hair a few inches, which obviously means straight across. Now it’s curling outward, which it never has before and is in a horrible angle. I’m really upset. I should of waited to go to my usual beautician, Myra. She is the best !

I've been going to Innovations for a really long time. I always walk out of the salon looking and feeling fabulous. They did the magenta and violet hair that's in my profile picture. I trust them with my hair, and I have never been unsatisfied.

ABSOULTY HORRIFIC ..I went in asked for a trim remind you my hair is down my back they cut my hair to my shoulders i was fumen.I told the owner and she said it will grow back. what 🤬 who says that....I asked for half my money she told me know....I noticed how raciest they are in there. I would rather have stevie wonder cut my hair then these ppl in that shop NEVER AGAIN DO NOT GO..

Went in for an angled bob, all even in the back, shorte in back longer in the front. All same length in the back. Up to my chin in the front. Angled! Well she cut it in layers. Small layers in the back and longer in the front. I did NOT get the cut I went in there for. The fact that she tried to convince me that once I did a blow out it would look like what I wanted. Killed me.

Sandy is the best. I've been coming here my entire life and would not trade this salon for any other. Great cuts and colors!!! Totally recommend.
