I have been going here for 3 years now and every single time my brows come out AMAZING! I had never in my life let anyone touch my brows before but Leonor at Innova was highly recommended and I am glad I gave them a go! Never disappointed with the service I receive, very thorough, detailed, professional and always explains what she is using on you and what she is doing step by step. Provides very detailed after care instructions! If you follow them and take care of her hard work the brows heal and last a long time. I only go once a year and they last and still look amazing as when she first did them. Leonor is super talented and knowledgeable! Love love love going with her and will keep referring as many people as I can.

Been getting my eyebrows done here for years now, and every time I leave extremely happy with my eyebrows, the attention, how professional they are and how clean the work area is. Definitely recommend 100% , it is visible that they have years of knowledge in their field.

I've been going for years for my eyebrows and love the great work and amazing service. Now, I'm doing the rejuvenating treatments and I was blown away by the results. I travel from Albuquerque, NM because I don't trust my face with anyone else and the drive is absolutely worth it.

I was hopeful about my appointment that I made in person. I arrive 30 mins early, come to find out 15 minutes past my appointment that they had given my appointment away. They tried to blame my health at first. She never handed me a sign in sheet but asked me if I had diabetes or took medication, once I said no they informed me they no longer had my appointment. I'm 60 years old and felt very disrespected once I realized what they were trying to do instead of being honest. Don't waste your time here, they are awful people.

My mom loved her experience at Innova Beauty Center! They were professional and everything was sanitized. My mom was super happy with her eyebrows! 10/10 for sure!
