InnerBeauty Salon

This was my first time at the salon and it was a last minute appointment. I saw Celene and gave her a rough draft of what I was thinking for my hair. I came out with the best haircut I’ve had in a while, I absolutely love my hair and she executed it perfectly. She made sure to check in as she was cutting to make sure I liked what she was doing. It was overall the best experience.

*UPDATE*: The salon is now trying to charge me $200. I’ve had to block their texts. I would steer clear of this place. They seem to make more $ scamming people with their “cancellation policy” than they do performing services (see other 1 star reviews). I spent some time here as an Extern when I was in Beauty School and was turned off by the unprofessional, money-grubbing attitude of the mgmt/ownership. Due to that. I never sought any services here, even though I live 5 min away. I noticed new branding and thought I would give it a try. Big mistake. I used the Vagaro app to make an appointment for late morning the next day. first time customer, definitely will be back! Stanell did my hair and did a wonderful job! I haven't found a hair stylist that I like in over 10 years until today. im picky, and with very little direction she was able to figure out what i wanted. made sure I knew what it would look like with what I selected as far as color goes and gave suggestions as to what would be better in my price range. thank you for your care and effort and taking the time after to find the right products.

After being a loyal customer on and off, I’ve unfortunately decided never to return to Inner Beauty. My recent experience on 10/09 was deeply disappointing. I booked a full set with Remi, only to leave with lashes that looked uneven and poorly applied. When I came in the next day for a correction with Ali, I was shocked to learn that Remi hadn’t done lash extensions in nearly five years — something I was never informed of before my appointment. It’s alarming that Inner Beauty would allow someone with that long of a gap in experience to work on clients without proper retraining or quality checks. Inner Beauty Salon in Lake Stevens is absolutely amazing! I’ve never had my eyebrows look this good— they shape them perfectly every single time. The attention to detail is incredible, and they truly take the time to make sure you’re happy with the results. On top of that, the staff is so friendly and welcoming that you instantly feel comfortable the moment you walk in. It’s rare to find a place that combines such skill with such genuine kindness. I always leave feeling confident and cared for. Highly recommend to anyone looking for flawless brows and a wonderful salon experience!
