Inner Vitality Massage and Wellness

I have been seeing Sarah at Inner Vitality Massage and Wellness for several weeks now to help with post surgery Lymphatic Drainage. She is certified and specializes in Lymphatic Drainage massage. Sarah is a truly caring professional and wants to provide optimal results for her clients. She has an amazing positive energy that is definitely put into her work, every time I leave I feel great and leave with that positive energy myself. It's rare to find such a person that has such a passion for healing and loves what she does. Sarah is a Godsend! She’s so personal and makes you feel at ease even before the session. She’s attentive and makes sure to find the spots that are troublesome and work them out. I had a lymphatic massage and she was able to work through a lot of the spots that I had that were causing me issues. I would 150% recommend her to anyone who needs a good massage and is looking for honest, effective, and very caring therapist.

Sarah did a fantastic job with my lymphatic massage. I’ve never had one before, but needed to schedule several visits for a post-op, to reduce swelling and discomfort. It made a significant improvement on his my body felt each thing I went.
