Inner Peace Massage & Meditation

Rachel at Inner Peace is one of my favorite massage therapists. Light to deep tissue upon request, she will tailored my session to my needs by body part. She is very knowledgeable. I'm a repeat customer, looking forward to my next visit in a few weeks.

Rachel is a great massage therapist! I have been seeing her every week for almost two years. She does a wonderful deep tissue massage which I need. She is attentive and finds different ways to help address my ongoing issues. I highly recommend her for a single visit if you are in the Lakes Region on vacation, or for a regular massage.

I have had a few messages in the past due to injuries and even one on a cruise in Alaska, and I must honestly say, Rachel by far did the best job yet. The atmosphere was relaxing, she was pleasant to talk with before, during and afterwards, and she she knows her craft well. She adapted my Therapudic message to focus on the areas that needed it the most. Her hands and methods were strong when required to get out those stubborn knots and tight areas, yet soft and gentle when needed for a well balance message. She definitely gained a repeat customer, give her a try.

I saw Rachel for about 18 months, because I really need deep tissue and she able to do give that for maybe 50% of the time. First problem was that you don't get the entire 90 minutes of massage. I thought it was weird that I was in my car leaving at the time of the end of the massage. I asked and she said I was all set, as she counts the time you undress/dress before and after the massage. Which I think should have been made clear. I also stepped in dog poop once when getting off the table. She did not apologize or give me a tissue. When I asked for certain areas to be worked on during the massage she would say yes, then look at the clock. She would wait until later in the session to work that area again for me. It wasn't fun since I was in pain and that's why I asked for more work in that

I have been looking for the right person who knows their craft and can deliver power & the right technique when needed - Rachel IS the complete package as my now permanent massage therapist who earned my trust & loyalty on our first visit! She is easy going, genuine & intelligent, not to mention great talk to and just one of those people you feel blessed for meeting afterward. Her shop is set up nicely and you feel an immediate sense of peacefulness and stepping out of the world right away when you enter. Rachel used a variety of techniques to get me to finally relax and let go of everything I'd been holding on to. I especially LOVED the hot bamboo part of the massage that sent it over the top! I never knew it was a thing! I can't wait for our next appointment to melt my tension away an
