I recently attended a spiritual retreat where massage therapist Bret had been selected to provide each attendee a 30 minute shoulder massage. And if I was limited to just one word to describe my massage experience that day, the word I would use is “wowza”. As I sat in the massage chair, I immediately felt my shoulder muscles begin to melt, and, as the massage continued, I truly wondered if Bret was also using intuition in order to understand which muscles and tendons and spaces needed the most help and, in addition, how much pressure should be applied at each point because, during the entire massage, Bret nailed it. I had such a wonderful session with Bret! The combination of massage, Reiki, and sound healing was deeply grounding and uplifting. He has a great presence, which makes you feel immediately comfortable and cared for. The space is soothing and peaceful, which really adds to the overall experience. His pressure was absolutely perfect and he took the time to customize everything to what I needed most. I left feeling relaxed, balanced, and renewed. Highly recommend!
