I’ve been coming here for about six months now, and just a month in, I ended up getting a membership — they offer a discount, and I knew I’d want to come often anyway. I almost always see Shana❤️, and she is AMAZING. She actually listens to what I need and want, adjusts the pressure just right, and somehow always finds the exact spots that are causing me pain. I leave feeling like a brand new person every time. Not gonna lie — I’m kind of a massage freak, and as soon as I walk out, I’m already counting down the days until my next appointment. Highly recommend if you want someone who really knows what they’re doing!

Receive a prenatal massage today and it was absolutely amazing! Wendy was great. I was greeted as soon as I walked in and taken care of. Highly recommend! This was a gift and they worked everything out with the person who purchased this for me on the phone who also stated how great the service was over the phone to make sure I'd be completely taken care of.

If you’re looking for the kind of place that feels like a genuine retreat from the world, Inner Essence Spa is it. I’ve been coming here since 2017, and every single visit has left me feeling relaxed, and cared for. The environment itself is warm and peaceful— Ula and Vilena, are absolute magic. I always leave feeling so relaxed. And I have to give a special shoutout to Jassi at the front desk. She’s the first face you see when you walk in, and she sets the tone for the whole experience: welcoming, kind, and genuinely helpful. It’s rare to find a place that consistently delivers on its promises, but Inner Essence Spa does it. Every time.

3 months post bike wreck and I was a mess. Made an appt with Vilena based on all her stellar reviews. She did amazing work to loosen up the areas with trauma. I feel my slow recovery got a jump start! Any athletes, aging or otherwise, looking for a therapist who knows what they’re doing should give Vilena a try!

Wendy was wonderful! I had a facial and massage, both were excellent! She makes a very welcoming, relaxing environment and took the time to educate and make recommendations for my skin! Will definitely be back!
