Inner Beauty Dry Bar

We visited the salon yesterday for nail extensions and manicures and pedicures. I was pleasantly surprised about the warm and inviting atmosphere. Carla, the owner, was one of the kindest and most sweetest people I have ever met. You can tell that she truly cares about her customers and has very high quality work with very affordable prices. She made sure that everyone who had their nails done in my family were extremely happy with their results. Terry did an amazing job on the extensions. They came out beautiful. I highly highly recommend!! Assomeone who has had their nails done in many places before, I would rank this as the top for the quality, care and effort they provide to making sure everything comes out beautiful and perfect. I honestly wish I could leave 0 stars! The owner is very rude, unprofessional and lacks the ability to provide great customer service. She was totally wrong about a situation, instead of apologizing, she proceeded to argue and wrongfully charge me for services. Listing fake prices on Groupon and then trying to scam you for extra money once you’re there. She was not present in the salon, but has a lot of mouth over the phone. She causes a lot of confusion trying to regulate business over the phone while having a nail technician that doesn’t speak an ounce of English. The young lady who provided the service was very nice, however it took 5 hours to complete 2 full sets. Just a ridiculous experience as a whole. Please don’t waste your money or the extreme amount of time you’ll spend here.

Run as fast as you can from this place. I was given an 11 am appt. for both my daughter and myself. There was only one nail technician and another worker who laid on a bed and playing with her phone. My daughter was put into a cold footbath for 25 minutes without anyone working on her feet. The one and only nail technician was working on another customer who i found out later didn't even have an appt. At the point I knew this was going to be a very long process for both of us. Really!! 25 minutes to be left in the footbath! My daughter took herself out of the water and we left. I have never seen a nail place run as bad as this. It advertises hair and nails. No I know why no one was in there. Don't waste your time!!!

I had the most miserable pedicure and manicure experience here. The service was rushed and very careless. The staff did not pay attention to detail, and the overall experience felt uncomfortable and unprofessional. Probably the worst salon I’ve ever been to. Super understaffed. They let me go with smudged nails. They didn’t even offer a sink for me to wash off all this gunk on my hands. Salon was dirty. Wish I read the reviews prior to going. The kind ones honestly look fake!
