Erika is fantastic, very knowledgeable and easy to understand. I herniated a disc in my lower back and she’s been very helpful throughout the process of recovery. Truly blessed to have InMotion here in fruita and will recommend them to anyone.

Erika is very knowledgeable and explains all my aches and pains and how to remedy them myself to an extent. If I want I get a lesson and a real understanding of what’s going on with my muscles and I love that. She makes all the massages I’ve had in the past feel cheap.

I visited InMotion Wellness accidentally while looking for another provider. Erika was gracious with kind words about her competitor and we started chatting. Once she knew the reason for my visit she showed me some of their methods dealing with the neck and back issues I was having. The next 3 visits were with Shannon who worked magic on my back and hips. These guys are awesome!

Erika listened to my concerns and adapted her services to meet my needs. She was professional and extremely competent, skilled in a variety of approaches, and generous with her knowledge. I felt 100% better after our session!

The massage therapists here are all amazing. They listen and really help in a way that doesn't just feel good for the moment...they work to actually fix the problems! All of them are knowledgeable and educated in ways to fix the pain. I love that they explain what is going on and ways I can do things at home to help as well. Highly recommend!
