Nicole's "Tranquil Touch" service is the first ever in-person ASMR in Connecticut and it is truly amazing! The experience is so relaxing, it's truly the only service where I can fully de-stress and let my nervous system calm down and reset. She uses a mix of different sensory tools along your back, scalp, and arms to melt away tension in your body. I love booking this as a stand alone service or in addition to a head spa or facial!

This was the best salon experience I truly have ever had! I was greeted at the door with a wonderful welcoming hello by Nicole. As I looked around the salon it was obvious that nothing was left to the imagination! There was a selection of slippers by the door if you wanted to keep your feet warm. Speaking of warm, there is even a warmer to put your clothes into while you have your treatment. It was so comforting to put on warm clothes afterwards which is one more level up of meeting the customer’s needs. The bed was so comfortable and Nicole is gifted in her touch. She has incredible knowledge about the products and explains what she is using while applying! I’ve had many services done by Nicole over the years and every time it’s a wonderful experience. She’s professional, knowledgeable and warm. She truly cares about each and every client that steps into her space. After each service, I leave feeling relaxed, educated and more beautiful. I had an amazing facial treatment today and honestly didn’t expect to enjoy it this much. As a man, I always thought this kind of experience was mostly for women — but I was completely wrong. From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere was calm and welcoming. The treatment itself was incredibly relaxing, almost meditative. I actually caught myself drifting into visualization and deep relaxation. My skin feels clean, refreshed, and noticeably smoother, but the biggest benefit was how mentally relaxed I felt afterwards. Very professional, gentle, and attentive to detail. You can tell she truly cares about what she does and about her clients’ comfort. Highly recommended — not only for women but definitely for men too. I will absolutely come back.
